A Way to Preserve Circulation

The key decision to subscribe to a newspaper is usually made in the first few weeks after a family comes to live in a residence; and that's when we can supply you with their names and addresses.

You can write them at that time, before alternative choices are likely to have been made; strike while the iron is hot. So, you get more print subscribers than you otherwise would.

Every month one family in sixty, on average, moves away and so you lose that customer. If you trust to luck, you may replace some of them with "normal" advertising. We enable you to trust to much more than "luck".

You'll design an attractive mailer to send to the newly-arrived residents. It need not be expensive - a postcard would do - but it must be carefully designed, to do the job it's for. Then each month, as soon as we e-mail you the file of new-resident names & addresses, you'll use them at once to mail it out. Later, you can use the list as often as you like, to mail follow-up offers until they respond.

And so, you'll get a few more new subscriptions than you lost through the attrition of people who moved away or chose to obtain news on-line instead of on paper. Since the 1990s it's become clear that the latter is a probably irreversible trend, so what matters is to slow it down as much as possible so as to maximize both cash flow and time to transfer your business to the Internet - simply and inexpensively.

Probably, you're competing with another publication, perhaps more than one. By getting to the newcomer first, you can gain a competitive edge over them, too.

We serve customers in many different fields - retailers, churches, professionals - and we have some general purpose pages that give full information about our service including prices, and from which you can contact us for a Free Custom Proposal. Click "forward" below to review them.
