Terms & Conditions

1. You will make no claims for C-AM's service not found on the web site C-AM.net.

2. You will offer no competing product.

3. You will bear your own operating expenses.

4. C-AM will pay commission within 48 hours of the end of each month according to the following table:-

Total paid to C-AM
by clients you sold		Commission %
First $2,50015
Next $2,50025
All over $5,00035

Payment will be made by transfer to your E-gold account, or by other method as mutually agreed.

5. With that payment, C-AM will furnish a full accounting by email to show how it is derived.

6. Use of bulk email promotion is not allowed without the express prior written agreement of C-AM.

7. No taxes will be witheld by C-AM.

8. You are free to assign your position with C-AM to any other party, upon reasonable notice.

9. There are no exclusive territories

10. Violation of these terms will cause termination and loss of all rights under #4 above.
