The Commission Plan

The Sales Associate's primary task is to cause the prospect to visit C-AM.net and complete its request for a "Free Custom Proposal", naming him as the "referrer".

From that point, any work he or she does is optional; we can handle it all, or he may choose to follow-up with the prospect; to make sure he has all the info he needs, to induce him to place an order. We'll be doing that as well by email, but the chances of success rise if two of us try!

He may also choose to visit nearby customers from time to time, to ensure ongoing satisfaction and especially to make sure the customer is doing a businesslike job of mailing out his ads. There is some attrition, and its main cause is failure to design the outgoing mailer well - and sometimes to fail even to send the advertisements out! To catch any such problems early will help keep the client with us for a long time, prolonging your residual income.

Commission will be paid every month-end, as 30% of all that clients pay me. In addition, a bonus will be added as the Associate's clientele grows. The structure is as follows, by month:-

A typical client pays $50 to $100 per month, though that varies widely. Systematic selling will produce about 1 new customer per day, say 250/yr. Therefore, estimate that after 1 year, you'd have about (250 x 50 =) $12,500 a month being paid to C-AM by your clients, on which I'd pay you $4,750 using the table above.

Growth at that point will slow somewhat, because there is bound to be some attrition; but it's reasonable to expect that you could sustain 300 clients paying $15,000 a month on which you'd earn $5,750 a month or $69,000/yr. Win two new customers per day instead of one, and you'll be well into six figures!
